Our annuity and life case managers take personal responsibility for all post-sale requirements to ensure clients’ policies are issued quickly, hassle-free and accurately. DMI life case managers work directly with underwriters to secure the best offer possible. Every application entrusted to DMI is directly tied to our advisors’ income and ultimately to DMI’s continued success.
DMI is a service company. We pride ourselves on providing unparalled service to our advisors. We work with you from “submission to commission”. In order to provide you with the best service, we request that all applications, life and annuity – be sent to DMI rather than directly to carriers. This enables your case managers to scrub your applications for missing information or forms and track the application with the carrier until it is placed in force and you receive your commission. If you choose to send your business directly to the carrier, we request that you fax a copy of the application to us at 781-740-9778 or email a copy to your case manager. Once your application is received, it will be reviewed to ensure it is complete or “in good order”. If it is not, your case manager will contact you to advise what requirements are outstanding.
You will be provided with case status throughout the process. We invest heavily in the latest technology but we never lose site of the basic principal that this is a relationship business. Your case managers should be thought of as your own administrative staff with the same high standards of service, communication and commitment.
