An Update on DMI's Operational Readiness Relative to the Coronavirus/COVID-19

Given the incredibly fluid and unpredictable nature of the spread of the coronavirus, COVID-19, I am writing today to provide insight into DMI’s readiness should it become necessary to transition the Company to a remote working environment. DMI is well-positioned to put the safety and wellbeing of our staff first by moving quickly and efficiently to a completely remote work environment. We have a longstanding, relevant infrastructure in place, should it become necessary to do so, to provide DMI’s agents and advisors with uninterrupted level of service and responsiveness.    We will be be sure to communicate any type of shift to our operations, but we do not anticipate any disruption to the business at this time. In addition, we are working closely with key third-party and other service providers to ensure that you have the guidance and tools necessary to keep your operations running smoothly while mitigating downtime from revenue generating activities, like workshops. We recommend that you initiate discussions with any and all vendors and/service providers that are critical to your day to day operations. As always, the DMI Team is here to help.
