Annuity Sales Support Specialist
Job Description:

An Annuity Sales Support Specialist works closely with various Vice Presidents of Annuity Sales by running FIA illustrations and case design for new and existing advisors. The Sales Support Specialist will provide advisors with point of sales materials and paperwork to make the sale, assist new advisors in the licensing and contracting (L & C) process and follow up and follow through with advisors on case status and revisions.

Essentials roles and responsibilities:
  • Case design and running FIA illustrations
  • Packaging up all point of sales materials and paperwork for advisors
  • Following up and following through with advisors on all cases designs for revisions and completion
  • Assist new advisors in L & C process
  • Maintain detailed data in CRM
Required Skills:

CRM (Sales Force or other CRM knowledge), FIA software, FIA products / carriers competitive knowledge, sales suitability, case intake and case positioning

Experience:

1 + years of annuity case / illustration design, 1+ year of SalesForce or other CRM, 1 + year of working with and speaking with insurance agents and financial advisors on financial products

Attitude:

Proactive, goal oriented, positive, high energy, competitive, high level of customer service and empathy and a team player

Results:

15 new FIA illustrations per day, 20 follow up case design calls per day, 4 new L & C per month (per team), $50M new FIA premium per year (per team).

Detailed, data driven, highly organized, follow up and follow through and process driven

What success looks like:
  • Allow the Vice President of Annuity time to recruit new advisors and drive sales to hit team goals
  • Build confidence and credibility with advisors and internal sales team in knowledge of FIA products, carriers and case design at an A-Level
  • Maintain detailed CRM on all activities and results
  • Assist new advisors in L & C process
  • Work in a team environment to hit team recruiting and sales goals.
Career Path:

With success and experience this position can move into a Business Development role or VP of Annuity Sales role in 2- 5 years.
