An Update on DMI's Operational Readiness Relative to the Coronavirus/COVID-19

In light of the heightened safety concerns in our communities, we wanted to assure you that DMI is open for business and will continue to support you and provide superior service, as we have done for over 30 years. We have successfully positioned our staff and technology infrastructure to be able to quickly and efficiently move to a complete remote work environment, if necessary. At this time, there is no reason to believe the physical location will need to be shut down, but in the event it does, DMI is ready to remain open for business with uninterrupted service with our Work from Home Readiness Policy.

It is critical, especially during times like these, that your community has a trusted resource to go to for support and advice. We are actively working to provide our agents with alternative solutions to in person meetings and events, along with other tools to help them to continue to serve members of their community. We want to ease everyone’s anxiety as much as we can during this time. These solutions will help you to continue to protect your client’s future all-while protecting their health.
